Food Great. And the old man working at night is such a sweetheart. You can tell this place really cares about their customers. Its the type of vibe you get when you hungry and you go to your grammy house because you know she gone feed you and give you some TLC.
The food is always good and the prices are always right! The owner is a great guy that runs the place like a champ. My go to spot for late night eats!
Very surprised at how much I enjoyed my food! The place is literally a whole in the wall but was very good. Very friendly and welcoming...I had to leave a good review, that man was working too hard to keep all his customers happy!
I have been driving by this place for almost 40 years, but was always heading to the airport and never had the time to stop. The "Big Breakfast" is indeed big. A great breakfast value for $10. Three eggs, hash browns, toast, two pieces of ham and three pancakes. MMDI first opened in 1960. Because of staffing difficulties, it is no longer open 24/7. While the dining room (currently) closes at 7:30PM, carry-out is available until 4AM. Service was prompt and attentive. Why not 5-stars? The dining room needs some tender loving care. The vinyl cushion in my booth had a large rip on the cushion. The drywall was seriously scuffed, exposing the gypsum.
Eddie is the man. Dig this restaurant. Burgers and gyros, woo-hoo!! I'm gonna get a burger from them now. Thanks for the great food. Mom will be happily.
